So you’re ready to build your financial picture? The Forms dashboard is where you provide the data that powers your advice. Completing these forms is the most important thing you can do to get accurate results from the Rask app.
The onboarding flow
We recommend completing the forms in this order for the smoothest experience:
- Fact Find: The “big one.” This covers your income, expenses, assets, and debts.
- Risk Profile: Determine your comfort level with market ups and downs.
- Investment Preferences: Customise your strategy with ESG/ethical choices and past experience.
- Medical History: Essential if you’re seeking insurance advice.
Your Goals now live in the Plan section, separate from Forms.
How to use the forms
- Section by Section: Each form is broken into small, manageable chunks. You don’t have to do it all at once.
- Save checkpoints: Use Save & continue or Save checkpoint before leaving a form. You can come back later from the Forms dashboard.
- Review then edit: Once a form is submitted, the Forms dashboard lets you review the submitted version. Choose Edit form if you want to open the latest editable copy.
- Estimated is OK: For things like “Monthly Groceries,” a good estimate is better than a blank space. You can always refine these numbers later.
Tips for a faster finish
- Gather your docs: Have your super statements, bank balances, and latest payslip ready before you start the Fact Find.
- Use the Vault: If you’re stuck on a technical question, upload the relevant statement to the Document vault and leave a note for your adviser.
- Mobile Friendly: You can complete these forms on your phone or tablet — great for knocking out a few sections while you’re on the go.
What happens next?
Once you’ve completed your forms, your adviser will be notified. They will review your data, look for opportunities or risks, and begin drafting your strategy.
Next steps
Submitted versions
When you submit a form, Rask saves a submitted version for review inside the Forms dashboard. The editable form remains available so you can update your details later.
Rask no longer generates a client PDF automatically at submit time.
