RaskRask

So you’re looking to get professional financial advice through Rask? Great news — this guide will help you understand how our referral program works and what to expect during the matching process.

Before you start

  • If you already have a Rask account, start from My adviser. Your account identity and saved contact details are reused.
  • If you do not have an account, start from rask.au/financial-planning.
  • Have a rough idea of your household income, superannuation balance, and any investable assets.
  • Think about your main financial goals, such as buying a home, retirement planning or insurance.

Steps

  1. Start the questionnaire: Existing members use My adviser. New visitors use the public financial planning page.
  2. Answer the matching questions: Tell us about your goals and financial situation. Signed-in members do not need to re-enter contact details.
  3. Review your match: Based on your answers, your next step may be with Rask Advice or one of our advice partners. A signed-in member’s completed result is saved to My adviser.
  4. Continue with your match:
    • If you match with Rask Advice, continue to booking and onboarding in the app.
    • If you match with a partner, choose whether you would like Rask to send an introduction. Your details and answers are shared only after that choice.
  5. Return when you need to: Members can revisit their result or explicitly retake the questionnaire from My adviser.

Service pathways and current pricing

Common issues

I didn’t receive a confirmation email

Check your spam folder. If it’s not there, you can reach out to our support team through the Messaging tool in the Rask app.

I want to change my matched partner

If your circumstances have changed, retake the questionnaire from My adviser. Your existing result stays in place until you finish. If you already have a booking or active advice engagement, the retake will not cancel it automatically; message us if you would like to discuss the change.
