Managing your membership
You can manage everything related to your subscription on the Billing & Subscription page.
How do I see my invoices?
All your past payments are listed under Payment History on the billing page. You can:
- View the invoice online in Stripe by clicking the External Link icon.
- Download a PDF copy for your records by clicking the Download icon.
Can I change my membership level?
Yes. If you are currently on the Free plan, you can upgrade to Pro, Super, or Ultra directly from the billing page. If you are already a member and wish to change, cancel, or switch between monthly and yearly billing, click Manage Subscription to open the secure Stripe billing portal.
What is the difference between Free, Pro, Super, and Ultra?
You can compare the tiers visually on the public membership pages, then manage upgrades from inside the app.
- Free: Community, basic modelling, podcasts, portfolio tracking, watchlists, 15 courses, multi-entity plans, vision board, games, AI research on 5,000+ stocks, net worth tracking, task boards, investment journals, and leaderboards.
- Pro: Everything in Free, plus cash flow analytics and tools, Rask model portfolios, ETF research and insights, AI tutoring, and vault document storage.
- Super: Everything in Pro, plus higher AI limits and 1 catch-up per year.
- Ultra: Everything in Super, plus monthly high conviction stocks and research, fortnightly group sessions across AI, entrepreneurship, and investing, direct access to Owen Rask inside a tightly curated advanced community, and semi-regular in-person meetups and discussion groups.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Pro, Super, and Ultra each offer monthly and yearly billing options.
- Pro: $39.99/month or $299/year
- Super: $199/month or $1,499/year
- Ultra: $999/month or $5,000/year
Does paying for a membership automatically start personal advice?
No. Memberships do not include personal financial advice. Personal advice is handled separately through Rask Advice Pty Ltd with its own onboarding, documents, and billing.
What is a discount code?
A discount code reduces the price of your first year on a specific yearly membership tier (Pro, Super, or Ultra). Enter it on the billing page under Have a code? and we’ll send you to Stripe checkout with the discount already applied.
Key things to know:
- The discount applies to the first year only. After that, the subscription renews at the regular yearly price on the renewal date shown on your billing page.
- You can cancel any time before the renewal date via Manage Membership — you won’t be charged after that.
- If the discount is larger than the yearly fee, your first year is free; Stripe doesn’t carry the surplus into year 2.
- Discount codes apply to new subscriptions only. If you’re already a paid member and want a different plan, contact support.
- GST is calculated on the discounted amount and shown on your Stripe receipt.
What is an entitlement code?
An entitlement code is a code provided by staff that can grant membership access directly, without going through Stripe checkout. We use these for onboarding and support workflows. You can redeem it on the billing page under Have a code?.
Billing and payments
When will I be charged?
Your renewal date is shown on the billing page under Current Term. If auto-renewal is “On”, you will be charged on that date. If you have a discount code active, the billing page also shows the discounted amount you paid and the date your subscription will renew at the regular price.
How do I update my credit card?
Click the Manage Subscription button on the Billing page. This will take you to our secure payment partner, Stripe, where you can update your payment methods.
Can I use a promotion code?
Yes. If Rask has given you a Rask discount code (starts with RASK-D-), enter it on the Billing page under Have a code? and we’ll send you to Stripe checkout with the discount pre-applied. Generic Stripe promotion codes can still be entered at the Stripe checkout screen if applicable; if you already have a paid membership, you may also be able to apply eligible promotion codes in the Stripe billing portal when changing your plan.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. Rask does not store your credit card details on our servers. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, a global leader in payment security.
