So you’re looking for your advice match or adviser? The My adviser page is your home for both.

Find your match

If you have not matched yet, select Find my match and complete the advice questionnaire. It usually takes about 6–8 minutes.

Because you are signed in, the questionnaire uses your account identity and any saved contact details. You do not need to enter your name, email address or phone number again.

Your completed result is saved to the page. Depending on your answers, your next step may be with Rask Advice or an advice partner.

Return to your result

When you return to My adviser, you will see your latest completed match and the next available action. For example, you may be able to continue to Rask Advice booking or ask us to introduce you to a matched partner.

Retake the questionnaire

If your circumstances change, select Retake questionnaire. Your latest answers are filled in so you can update only what has changed.

Your current match remains in place until you submit the retake. Cancelling or leaving part-way through does not replace it.

Completing a retake does not cancel an existing booking or active advice engagement, and it does not automatically change your assigned adviser. Rask may review the updated information with you if advice work is already underway.

If you are matched with Rask Advice

The page shows the next step in your Rask Advice journey, such as booking your first call or continuing onboarding. Once an adviser is assigned, it also shows their details and available contact actions.

Your progress uses these stages:

  1. Getting to know you
  2. Building your strategy
  3. Preparing your advice
  4. Reviewing your plan
  5. Putting your plan into action
  6. Complete

If personal advice is active but no adviser appears yet, the page will let you know that assignment is in progress.

Working with your adviser

  • Use Messaging for secure questions and updates.
  • Use your adviser’s booking action when it is available.
  • Complete any Tasks your adviser assigns, such as uploading a document or signing a form.

When to reach out

You should message your adviser if:

  • You’re planning a major purchase (like a home).
  • Your income or employment status changes.
  • You receive an inheritance or windfall.
  • You’re feeling anxious about your investment performance.

If your access changes

If your membership changes, you may see a grace-period or paused-access notice. Follow the action on the page to review your billing or contact support.
