RaskRask

Rask Cashflow answers the three questions most people care about:

  1. What came in?
  2. What did I spend?
  3. Where did my money go (categories and merchants)?

Access requirement

Cashflow is a protected area. You must have:

  • a verified sign-in email, and
  • MFA enabled

before the dashboard can be opened.

If either check is incomplete, Rask takes you to finish it first, then brings you back to Cashflow. If Rask can’t confirm your security status (for example, during a brief outage), you’ll see a Cashflow security card with a link to Security settings. Refresh your status there, then try again.

Setup comes first

Until setup is finished, opening Cashflow takes you to Cashflow setup. There are six steps, and you can do them in any order. Each step opens in place so you never lose your spot.

If you’d rather look around first, choose Skip to dashboard. You can come back to setup at any time.

What you see on the dashboard

The dashboard has four tabs across the top. You stay on the same page as you switch between them.

  • Dashboard & insights: your monthly snapshot, net trend, recent activity, spending breakdown and cashflow over time.
  • Budgets: category targets and how you’re tracking.
  • Recurring: regular bills, subscriptions and income.
  • Category rules: the rules that sort your transactions automatically.

Above the tabs, an alert banner shows one thing that needs your attention, if anything does. It either asks you to continue setup or tells you how many transactions are still uncategorised.

Quick start

  1. Open Cashflow setup and connect a bank feed, or upload a CSV bank statement.
  2. Run your first sync.
  3. Review any uncategorised transactions.
  4. Add a starter category rule using Who / What / Why.
  5. Explore the dashboard tabs when you’re ready for more control.
